Update current scanners
To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the new theatre season, it may be a good idea to have the current scanners checked by us.
We advise theatres to do this once every 2 to 3 years to ensure that your ticket control can continue without delay.
Updating the scanner means that we install the latest firmware, the most recent version of the Ticketmatic app and that the latest android version is installed on the scanner. We check the scanner for physical defects and we will also clean the device and, if desired, put on new stickers on the scanning device.
The standard cost for a service check is €35.

New scanner
One of the scanners that we recommend in combination with Ticketmatic is the Datalogic Joya Touch 22.
This handscanner has Android 11 and a new generation processor which will make sure apps load faster and run smoother.
If you want a scanner that is even more future-proof, you could choose the Datalogic Memor 30 with support up to and including Android 18.
4G/5G Data connection?
We bieden naast de Datalogic Joya Touch 22 ook nog de Datalogic Memor 11, Datalogic Memor 35 or Newland MT90 which has the possibility to work with a SIM card.
This makes this device perfect for example outdoor locations where no (or unreliable) WiFi connection is available.
Remote support
We also offer the option for hulp op afstand (remote support), with this service we can resolve many software problems or, for example, incorrect settings of the hand scanner. The advantage of this remote assistance is that the scanner does not have to be sent to us and in most cases you can continue scanning the same evening as you are used to. We offer our remote support for 3 years, the costs are €45.

Rental

Wij verhuren de Newland MT90 handheld scanner, suitable for both in- and outdoor use, due to the built in 4G (excluding SIM card) and WiFi.
In addition to hand scanners, we also offer selfscan kiosks for rental, these are ideal for use as a hospitality solution.
In addition to the ticket check, the (selfscan) kiosks can also provide information about walking routes, placement, parking or the catering options in the theatre for example.
